Chef Samuel Walter has a passion for technique, creativity, and sourcing with over 16 years of experience. Chef Sam’s knowledge of cuisine spans from French to Japanese technique with experience under James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole as Uchiko’s Chef de Cuisine. Chef Sam’s experience extends to many of Austin’s best restaurants including Lenoir and Justine’s Brasserie where Sam served as Chef de Cuisine and Otoko and McGuire Moorman Hospitality where he served as Sous Chef.

Chef Sam’s ability to take the simplest of ingredients and turn them into something spectacular will inspire Houstonians to eat better at Satisfy opening in Spring 2020.
